Hello fellow Planeswalkers! Welcome to Standard Weekly!
This week we are looking at Selesnya Enchantments. One of the decks I feel is well positioned to take on more of a roll in standard. For this week, I have done a video with some game play footage. Here is the deck.
CREATURES: (27)
SORCERIES: (1)
ENCHANTMENTS: (12)
LANDS: (20)
SIDEBOARD: (15)
The addition of Calix, Guided by Fate has brought the deck back to a playable state. Calix is an enchantment creature with two good abilities. First, when an enchantment enters the battlefield, you get to put a +1/+1 counter on a target creature. Second, when an enchantment creature or enchanted creature does combat damage to a player, you get to create a copy of a target enchantment. This allows you to creature a second copy of key creatures like Weaver of Harmony or an enchantment like Ossification.
I hope you enjoy the deck tech and game play footage!
I’ll see you next time!
